How often do I receive a bill?

We bill our scheduled commercial customers a month in advance.

How do I get rid of an Appliance or bulky items?

To dispose of any large item(s), please contact 310-3867 customer service office for instructions and details at least 24 hours before your regular service day. Extra refuse charges will appear on your next statement.

What time do I need to put my trash out for pick up?

Put your items out the night before to minimize the chance of missing your driver!

What Holidays do you observe and when will my trash be picked up?

310-DUMP recognizes statutory holidays. If your service days fall on or after a holiday that is a weekday, your pickup will be delayed one day. (Example: if the holiday falls on a Friday, your service day is on Saturday.) If the actual holiday falls on a Saturday, your schedule is not affected.

How often does the fuel component of the charge change?

The fuel component of the charge may change on a monthly basis. The FRF % will increase/decrease as the national average diesel price changes.

How Do I Load the Bin?

Any bin that has waste piled higher than the top of the bin is overloaded. Please do not overload. Waste should be evenly distributed in the bin. A balanced load makes for an easier pickup.

Restricted Items

To ensure your experience using a 310-DUMP dumpster is exceptional we would like to advise you of that the following list of items CAN NOT under any circumstances be placed into a 310-DUMP dumpster. Heavy Fines and Environmental Charges that may result will be the sole responsibility of the party that has rented the dumpster regardless of who placed those items into the dumpster. As such we recommend that you guard your dumpster and monitor its contents in a very strict manner.

How is my front-load bin charged?

Front-load bins are charged by the yard, so depending on what size of bin you have will determine how much you are charged.

What is commercial waste?

Commercial waste is wasted generated from a commercial establishment that is not in the development stage or demolition stage. Most business after they get their C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) can be converted to commercial waste. These business would include such places like convenient stores, office buildings, hotels, etc.

What is construction waste?

Construction waste is wasted generated during the building of your business. It is in the development stage and usually before you receive your C of O (Certificate of Occupancy). The types of customers that produce this type of waste are contractors and developers. Please see our roll-off dumpsters for this type of waste service offered.

What is demolition waste?

Demolition waste is wasted generated during the remodeling or tearing down of a business. The types of customers that produce this type of waste are contractors and developers. Please see our roll-off dumpsters for this type of waste service offered.

Does it matter if I am throwing commercial, construction or demolition waste into my bin's?

Yes, it does matters. You can save a substantial amount of money if you schedule your commercial bins. Construction and demolition waste – should be separated and placed in temporary roll-off dumpsters. Keeping this separate will save money and lower your regularly scheduled commercial pickups. What is a delivery charge?

The delivery charge is a charge past on to you the customer to get the bins from our yard to yours. This also pays to remove the bin when that time comes, it could be the day of delivery or it could be years from the delivery date. All bins are charged a delivery charge.

What is a call-out charge?

A call-out charge is a fee that the customer is charged if we get onsite and are unable to service the bins. Whether the bins are routed or un-routed this fee will apply. We set aside so much time to service each bin, if we can not service your bin another bin could have been scheduled during this time and so there is a fee applied to your account.

What is an After hours / Sunday charge?

An After hours service is charged when you call and need a service after our normal business hours. Other charges may apply – please call us at 310-3867 for details.

A Sunday charge is a fee applied to your account when you need us to service your bin on a Sunday. To avoid this charge you need to schedule the bin to be serviced on our normal business days. (Monday through Saturday).

What is a Holiday charge?

A Holiday charge is a fee applied to your account when you need us to service your bin on a Holiday. If your bin is routed and your service falls on a Holiday you are not charged any more for the service. But if your bin is not on a scheduled route and you wish your bin to be serviced on a Holiday you will be charged a Holiday charge. To avoid this charge you need to schedule your bins to be serviced on our normal business days. (Non-holiday) 310-DUMP observes all statutory holidays.

What is Locks and why is it on my bill?

Upon request, locks can be provided that we can place on your front-load type bin, that can prevent others from using your bin. We supply the lock. This lock does not have to be open when we arrive to service the bins. This device must be supplied from us.

Why do I have to pay to add a lock if I already have a lock?

The locking device has to be keyed to the drivers key that will be servicing the bin, as well, the locks we are using are a high grade lock that is able to withstand the harsh climate we operate in.
