The franchise fee is currently $15,000 for the initial 50,000 population plus $7,500 for each additional territory, and it is due upon the execution of the franchise agreement.
Yes. Exclusive Territory means that the franchiser and/or another franchisee will not compete for the same business service within the same geographic area (territory). Each territory will be mapped based on postal codes and population figures. No two franchisees will encroach over each other's territory.

The timing will vary depending on the applicant's experience and the territory being developed.
Training may vary depending on the applicant's experience. However, training time is estimated to be not less than 10 business days, including field and class time. 310-DUMP considers the training time crucial to the success of new franchisees. You will also find detailed information regarding the training program in our FDD.
In-class training usually takes place at our head office in Edmonton, Alberta. Field training will take place in Edmonton and/or at the franchisee's location.
